Mis-match Day "Windjammer" Spirit 2009

It was spirit week at Karson's school this week, and one of the days was mis-match day. Karson was so excited because he got to pick anything to wear that he wanted. As you can see, he took full advantage. I have to admit when Aaron told me about what he chose I was actually afraid for him Ha Ha, but he had a great time, and obviously has alot of school spirit, and loves his new school.

Cocoa with the Cats

Karson, Abby, and I had a great time on our Annual Cocoa with the Cats at Hogle Zoo. This is such a fun event, and eveyone should go. It was a very rainy day...but no one was there.

Karson wanted to take a picture with his elephant umbrella in front of the elephants.

Up in the Asian Highlands they had a booth where the kids made bird feeders out of pinecones, and peanut butter.

Abby liked the Linx's we were able to view these from the warmth of the Grandma's cabin in the Asian Highlands.

After some cocoa, we basically had the zoo to ourselves. We had a great time, and hope to go again next year.

Northridge**Number One

So I thought that I would post some pics of tonight as well. This one is of Abby, Ally, and Micah their cheerleader buddy.

This is a pic of Abby, Ally, and our cute neighbor girl Kati. Kati danced with the older girls. Abby loves to hang out with Kati, and her older sis Jade, and another neighbor girl Maddie.

This is where all the cheer clinic girls sat and cheered for the first half of the game. Very Cute!!

Cheerleading

So Abby has been to Cheerleading camp this week. She was able to do it with her Cousin Ally. They had so much fun, and tonight was their performance. The camera was acting wierd focusing in and out, sorry. The hard thing will be trying to explain how it was only a week long clinic, and that she doesn't get to go see the "girls" next week. It was a great time.

I can't turn my back for 15 minutes

So Melissa and Ally came over today, and usually the girls are fighting with in about 10 minutes or so. But today they were so cute, and Abby said, "Hey Ally, would you like to play over for a while?" Of course she wanted to so Mel went home to get homework, and clothes for school. She was only gone for about 15 minutes, I decided to tinker on the computer while she was gone. When she got home and called for the girls, she said "Get your camera" So I knew we were in for something great, and this is what we found.

I think that Abby may have a knack for this make-up thing (in horror films) ;)
At least they are getting along.
