Don't Break The Tooth Fairy!!!

Well after a very long dry spell, and a half in permanant tooth Karson finally lost his top right tooth today. But NOT the one that was hanging by a thread behind his permanant tooth.

So tonight, after alot of convincing, a $5.00 bribe, flick of Melissa's nail, he lost the other tooth. Karson gets to put TWO teeth under his pillow tonight. I hope the tooth fairy brings enough money!!!

Noodles Anyone?

Luke had his first taste of Ramen Noodles yesterday. Do you think he likes them?

Let it Snow, Let it Snow Let it Snow!!!

On Saturday, when the snow started coming down, Aaron, and the kids decided to go tubbin. They had a blast.

Aaron said that Karson kept getting out and doing snow angel's, but of course tells me

after the fact so...no pics.

Luke's Birthday

So I am finally getting around to posting pics from Luke's birthday. We didn't have a formal party. However, Mel, Ryan and the kids came over to see the cake.

Garrett gave Luke this Big Wheel Rocker Bike...he said it was the "Grand Finale!!!"
He was so cute with Luke....Thanks Garrett!!

Okay...so it's cake time. Aaron had to practically hold him back.

After a semi slow start, as you can see he was not shy at all..he loved that chocolate cake.

Bath time. He loves the splashy

Luke has also had lots of phone calls, and visit's from Granpa & Gramma Bishop! Thank you to all for making his Birthday special

Isn't She Lovely

So I came home after being out for a while, and saw this. My angelic looking princess looked like a member of the insane clown posse. The cute thing was is that she felt beautiful...mommy brother did my face.

Yup you read right!!! Brother did it. She was dancing around with her little ribbon twirler.

I didn't have the heart to burst her beauty bubble, so we'll just wait until she is 16, and bring these pics out for her boyfriend. He He He

A Friday Afternoon at Antelope Island

One Friday afternoon, Mel, the kids and I decided to play hookie from pre-school (the boys had early day), and go on an adventure. We both had never been to Antelope Island...so what the heck. We had a great time.

Karson was such a great big brother...here he is trying to reassure Abby that the buffalo were far enough away to not get her.

The kids thought they were soooooooo brave. The buffalo were not as close as they appear.

There was an old settlement there, where the round up takes place every year. We saw a horned owl, and chased a 5 point buck away upon our arrival. This place is so great...a must see.

We ended the evening with a beautiful sunset. Thanks Melissa, Garrett & Ally for the fun day.

Halloween

Cute Luke made a great Yoda, but was not real sure about what was going on.

Abby "appeared" to be a perfect princess, this is the dress that my UBER TALENTED sister made for Disney on Ice.

Karson was very easy this year. Finally I say Thank you to Star Wars. Thanks to his new obsession with the Clone Wars, he wanted to be General Kanobe again.

This is the four of us at my mom's on Halloween night. Everybody was able to get together for a Halloween parade, and Trunk-or-Treat. It was cute.

Luke's First Haircut!

Hey everyone, it's Pam. Since Kristi's computer situation is very...uh...non-existant, she asked me to post about Luke's first haircut. Poor little guy. I couldn't even get his shirt off. That probably took the longest since Kris was being so helpful! His before hair. I was letting him touch the clippers so he wouldn't freak out as bad...but did that help? Nope.
Seriously, that was a nice save. The kid was going down, and I managed to keep his hair and my clippers and save Luke's life (since Kristi was being just as helpful as before)!
Oh, the screaming begins. Notice his left hand clawing my arm. He has a nice set of lungs, poor little guy.
Oh boy, all done! Isn't he handsome? He wasn't very happy but being the good baby that he is, he perked up in no time.

Thanks for coming down and letting me do the honors. Love you guys!

It's Finally Moving Day!!!

Hurray, the day was finally here.  We woke up last Saturday morning with lots of excitement for our moving day ahead, and we saw this.

In addition to the beautiful canyon winds, we get cold temps and total down poor, but don't the mountains look beautiful!!!
This is our new house
Can you tell Aaron is having fun?  Ryan and Melissa were such great sports, and so gracious during our stay with them..we totally felt at home (maybe a little too much). Again with the lines!!
Luke decided to start crawling the night that we moved into the house, a little bitter sweet because I feel like I've missed alot during this.  He is such a wonderful and happy baby.
The kids had a blast and were very good to keep out of trouble for the most part.
It took two loads from storage, and one load from Melissa's to get the job done....Aaron says I have too many "Trinkets".
This is the view from our house on Sunday, the mountain were beautiful with a new dusting of snow.  It's so beautiful here, and we feel so blessed to be here, and know that this is where we were supposed to move.
I can't imagine waking up to anything more beautiful.  What a beautiful gift!! So yes we are still alive, and slowly starting to get back to normal.  We can't wait for everyone to come up and visit.  Thanks again mom for helping me get the house ready.  I wanted to take pics of that, but I was threatened with my life.  We had a great time.  Mel, Ryan, Garrett, and Ally..Thank you for sharing your space with us, and making us feel so welcome.  We love you

It's Half Over

Hurray!!!!!   On to bigger and better things, like actually doing a fun post about our Disneyland/San Diego trip to follow in a day or two.   We are officially out of our house in W. Jordan.  We have made an offer on a house, but have not heard yet.  It's really a great place, and I hope everything works out.  Out of time for now, I just wanted to let everyone know that we are still alive.  Hope all is well with all of you.

You would think...

So, you would think that I would be a totally happy camper now because we finally got an offer on our house. We will be moving to a lovely area out of the city. The sale has been a breeze, a great new family to take our place, a quick close, lots of equity in a soft market. The fun part should start now that we get to go find a place to live. Well fun is the farthest thing from what I am experiencing right now. Aaron and I are totally at odds with the whole house thing, though I don't know why. We both want pretty much the same thing, but nothing seems to be panning out, and meanwhile we are trying to pack and be excited to move. I am SO excited to start this new chapter in our lives, and have prayed very hard about it, and am sure that we are doing the right thing and going to the right place. And Melissa, as much as I love you and am excited to be closer, the thoughts of staying with you instead of going to my new home just stresses me out. Then last night I got the "Oh sister Kunz, I am so sure that the ward would love to hear from you before you go" phone call, so on top of all the fun of packing for moving, oh and the trip that we are going on the whole week before we close, I get to prepare a talk for sacrement meeting.

I know, I know, it could be worse. Wow this blogging thing is great, I do feel better typing about it. More to come....

Fun at the Zoo times 2

I will apologize now for all of the pictures, but this is a compilation of two Zoo trips. Our first trip was with Cori, Brynlee, and Landon. We were at the zoo a total of 3 YES 3 hours, and only got down to the new Conservation Carousel. So for all you you who know the zoo...not that far. These monkeys are usually always a treat, but today they were extra goofy swinging all over the chainlink fence.
Luke is happy where ever we go!!! As long as it's outside.
Cori, Brynlee, Landon, and the annoying people next to us while waiting for the elephant show to start.
This is the new Conservation Carousel. The ride isn't long, but the animals are super neat, and most of the procedes go toward the zoos conservation projects, so for us, it's well worth the money.
Being that it was a "chilly" 101 degrees that day, the elephant show consisted of playing with a fire hose. These elephants were so cute!!! They loved the water.
Our good friend Doug is the lead elephant trainer at the zoo, and was kind enough to pose for photo's, kiss babies, the whole bit!!! We Love Doug!!! I miss Karen....
So the second time, I was suppose to work a promotion for Karson's acting school at the zoo, so Aaron decided to take the kids around the zoo for a couple of hours. Melissa and her mother-in-law Linda were there with the kids, (and the best lunch ever!!!! Thanks Linda) So we got to play with them for a while.

The tiger was of course napping, but I can never get over how big he is. BEAUTIFUL
Abby and Karson decided to use the zoo's new misters and their personnal showers.
Oh did they feel nice!!!
And finally at the end of another very hot day.......THE MELT DOWN!!!!
